Sorry for the low tech presentation, but I just wanted to let everyone know that A Darkness Forged in Fire will be available this coming Tuesday, May 26. I’ve already heard it’s appeared in some stores. You can’t miss it, it looks like a brick (but don’t try building anything above seven stories with it). As I mentioned in the subject line, it contains chapter one of The Light of Burning Shadows. I’ll have that excerpt up on my website in the not too distant future, but for now I shot a photo of the cover page for it…which I guess qualifies as a teaser for the teaser.
The mass market edition of A Darkness Forged in Fire (w/ teaser chapter for bk 2) hits shelves Tues.

Thanks. I rather enjoy this new ability of posting photos with my blog. One of these days I’ll put one up of my new magic toaster that makes eggs AND toast at the same time!
Please do, I want to see this wonder of new and magical toaster. Mostly I’d love one of those breakfast sandwiches, sounds so tasty 🙂
I just have to clean off the kitchen counter and I’ll snap a couple of photos. If I get real energetic I might even do a couple of action shots.
But those action shots will entail making something, which, of course, will be a very good reward for taking those photos, hmmm? 🙂

Thanks, Jon. I am excited, enough so that I strapped on the Terminator boot and hobbled out to my local B&N earlier today and signed the copies they had. Then I did some grocery shopping. It’s been a wild Sunday 🙂
