Yesterday was Canada Day and Sunday is Independence Day here in the US so my arms will likely need a rest after all the flag waving. In other news, Brazil is out of the World Cup in a somewhat shocking upset to the Netherlands, it’s going to be 1,000 degrees in NYC this weekend, and I am going to spend a large portion of it in my air conditioned apartment writing…and watching the World Cup.

Hi. Alas, no news at the moment, at least no good news. The book is going to be delayed, but I don’t have a new pub date yet. I think it will now pub in the summer of 2011, but I don’t have confirmation yet.

I just haven’t been writing as fast as I thought I would. Still, it will be done soon and then the wheels of production will begin to turn.
